My story is proof that the method works.
I walked away from a successful sales career in London — the title, the structure, the external validation — to start again in Saudi Arabia. It forced me to confront something unexpected: who I actually was when all of that was gone.
That experience led me to coaching, the most deliberate investment I've ever made. What I found changed everything — and gave me the framework to understand something sport had been showing me for years.
As a competitive athlete I'd already learned that limits are the most always a mindset, and that mastering focus, presence and pressure regulation unlocks capacity that physical talent alone never reaches.
Coaching gave me the methodology to understand why and how to teach it.
That's why I built Aespyre: the help you train your mind with the same rigour we apply to everyone else.
